Summary

Over 15 years’ experience as an entrepreneurial investor and operator in technical roles across the Fortune 500, product and financial roles at early stage companies, and company creation and interim portfolio company roles at venture firms. Engineer at heart.

Diana has incubated five companies which subsequently raised over $150M in venture capital financing and was co-founding COO of three. She has had a dozen fractional COO, CFO, and CBO positions for Seed, Series A, and Series B stage companies, involving company formation, fundraising, business strategy, operations, and financial management.
